Dog Mom energy on every walk!
I’ve been a dedicated dog mom since I was nine, caring for pups of all sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to big Shepherds. I go the extra mile, providing not just walks, but the training, love, and fun—yes, even the perfect bandana or hoodie—my own dogs get. We walk our Branford routes multiple times daily, and I'd love to either welcome your dog into our pack or give them focused one-on-one time.

Tara was very easy to communicate with and treated my dog as one of her own. She sent lots of pictures and notes about my dog throughout her stay.
Tara watched our 11-year-old beagle, Frasier, for ~10 days in August. When I saw her fenced in backyard and met her other small dogs, I knew Frasier would be happy and safe in her care. After we dropped our dog off, she sent photos and short notes every day. He was clearly happy and comfy. I hope to bring Frasier back to her home for pet sitting another time soon.

Tara was great with my pup over the 4th of July weekend. She was so accommodating with my pup’s fear of loud noises and did her best to keep her calm. She sent lots of photos and updates which I appreciated! She was awesome!

Schedule
I have flexibility to dog walk most days. Open to working with you on the appropriate walk or sitting schedule for your dog! Also available for one off needs such as an unexpected time away or a vacation. I live in Branford center so I would be a great fit for someone local and can easily support what you and your pups need.

I have a fenced in yard. I also have 3 small dogs who are very friendly ! However, I can make accommodations for dogs who need more personal space.

My dogs love time to walk and then do zoomies, We also play fetch, enjoy some home baked dog treats and check out the activities happening on the Branford green.

- It would be very important to know if the dog requires any special treatment, if they are OK on walks with my dogs or need their own dedicated time. If they are not feeling well that day, I would want to know what I should expect so I can report back any updates. Also I’d need to know if pets are housebroken, while I expect an accident on occasion (they sometimes get nervous in a new house) I’d want to know if I should be on a very strict potty training schedule or To use a crate as needed.
