I am a doctor, and recently graduated from surgery fellowship with extensive experience volunteering at animal shelters taking care of both cats and dogs, including those with medical needs! While I await to begin my new job in the fall, I have a flexible schedule to accomodate taking the best are of your pet. When using my services, I make sure that your pet is safe, happy and has a great time. I would love to give you peace of mind that your animal is well taken care of while you are away. I have over 8 yers of experience taking care of and fostering both cats and dogs of all sizes and breeds as well as pets that require medication administration. I will send updates to you as often as you like when they are under my care.

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure that the pet always has access to food, clean water and make sure they can use the bathroom as often as they need to. I always make sure to secure harnesses and leashes prior to opening the door to go out.

Tara was just the most fantastic person to have take care of our dog Zola. We couldn't possibly have been happier. Tara was so easy to communicate with and was very helpful and patient whenever we needed to make adjustments to scheduling. We always got great summaries of walks and lots of cute pictures. Tara stepped in last minute after our pet sitter canceled over New Years. She took excellent care of our pup and our home, sent regular updates and photos, and was prompt in her communication. We really appreciated her stopping by the day before the sit to meet Xavi and get the lay of the land and were impressed with her timeliness the day of! Excited to have her back.

Tara was amazing. She watched our two small dogs for a weekend at our house. She was communicative and sent great photos throughout her visit. She was great with our one dog that takes a daily pill. We just got worried the dogs loved her more than us!

I make pet care a priority when taking care of a pet. My schedule is very flexible and I am able to work from home as needed.
