I have always had pets as a child and continued to take care of animals throughout my entire lifetime. As a child, I was able to observe how they behaved and interacted with one another, which allowed me to learn their habits, needs, and different personalities, e.g., energetic puppies; timid pets; and elderly pets that require a gentler approach. What distinguishes me from others is my ability to be patient, dependable, and my excellent communication skills, something that I have developed while studying to become a Social Worker. I know how to listen actively and remain calm in stressful situations, as well as being compassionate, all of which greatly contribute to providing safe, reliable, and loving care for animals. I take time to understand each animal's behaviour and routine, as well as any special needs, so they can be comfortable and enjoy being cared for while you are away. My aspiration is to treat each pet as if it were my own and to always create the best possible experience, with little or no stress for the owner or pet.
