Animal Girl Ready for New Friends
My name is Tara and I'm obsessed with animals. My professional career led me to owning my own communications consultancy, but I'm finally accepting where my heart lays. I've watched animals of all sorts and protected homes for over 20 years. More recently, I've offered this for free for special friends, but I'm ready to prioritize my undying love of interacting with animals and pursue this as a real opportunity. I don't just tend to their needs - I will also enthusiastically play, exercise and massage them. I consider myself a VIP sitter :p Apart from typical pets like cats and dogs, I love getting to add new animals to my roster, so bring on the challenge! I've taken care of other animals, like guinea pigs, fish/aquariums and even rescued chinchillas at one point! I'm super flexible, reliable and have run my own business for a few years now - so you can count on me. Plus, the DMV has been my home forever so I'm well familiar with the area and am comfortable getting around.

Tara was amazing and took such great care of our dogs and our house!! She made time to come the day before our trip to meet the dogs and go over everything which we greatly appreciated. She was very communicative and we felt very safe knowing our home and boys were in good hands!
Just had Tara stay for a week with Coby and he just loves her!! She’s easy to reach & gives me all the updates for my boy! I’d recommend her to anyone!!
Tara was an amazing pet sitter. She was communicative and checked in prior to the stay even after her meet and greet. House was left just like we left it and our pets were so happy and not stressed when we returned. We will definitely be using Tara again in the future. Amazing energy and you can tell she really loves your animals the way you would.
Tara was absolutely great and my boy Coby seemed to really like her!! Glad I was able to find someone to watch him while I’m away!
Tara was great. The puppies were happy! She was on time, professional, communicative, and easy to work with! I will definitely contact her next time our puppies need looked after!
Tara was a wonderful sitter for Asta!!! She was very attentive to him, and he was very happy and healthy when I got back from my trip. She sent me pictures and kept me up to date. She also dealt with a maintenance issue that happened and was very understanding and helpful. The place was clean and Asta was happy! I highly recommend Tara!
