💖🐾. I am now back in Calgary after a year of house and pet sitting all over BC and AB. We are now ready to take on new clients!!! ( Note: my backyard is still under construction so we will be going on a lot of walks instead!) Note: Longer stays and 2 dogs the price can be reduced. I have taken care of animals most of my life! I am also a animal communicator & energy healer! I am excited to meet your dog(s) & go on adventures with them! Bailey and I walk several times a day! I also own my own business and work from home so they animals LOVE this! We look forward to connecting with snuggles, walks in nature, relaxing and playing! I take a ton of pics and also love to show your beauties on social media if you’d like! We are super excited to meet you! PS Also Open to housesits outside of Calgary! I’m in Canmore and Banff frequently! I do work from home and we love to take adventures out there! 💕⛰️

Tara is an amazing sitter. It was a last minute request for us and despite that she was able to help us out with Shadow. It was our first time using Rover, and at first was hesitant leaving Shadow with someone we don’t know. However, Tara is very warm, kind, accommodating and communicative with us. After meeting her and talking for a bit, I felt reassured that we can leave Shadow with her for the day. We’ve enjoyed watching the videos and pictures she sent us throughout the day about Shadow’s stay. Shadow loved his stay at Tara’s and had no problem rummaging through her pup’s toys. I would trust her to look after our pets and will contact her again to look after Shadow as needed in the future.
Tara is amazing. First time my dogs were away from me overnight, and I’m sure they didn’t make things especially easy for Tara and her doggie Bailey. Tara sent regular updates with pictures and videos, which was so appreciated. To say I felt like I was leaving my children for the first time is an understatement, but Tara put me at ease. She is wonderful!
Tara is the best. She was so loving, kind and caring towards my baby Zeus. He had so much fun playing with Bailey, went on walks and was always happy. Tara sent lots of pictures and videos while Zeus was with her that made it so much easier being away from him. I would totally recommend Tara and will definitely send Zeus to her. I can’t thank her enough for loving Zeus so much.
Tara Jo is so wonderful and caring with my two pups. They had a great day with her and she sent us lots of photos and updates.
Tara was amazing with our pups. From the pictures and videos, we could tell they were having a whole vacation with her. Will definitely book again and 100% recommend.

Schedule
I work from home! When I pet sit and house sit I can spend a lot of time with them as well go for many walks!!! We usually go first thing in the morning and again sometime in the afternoon.

Safety, trust & environment
I treat your pet like it’s my own. Safety is always first!!! In your home, I will provide a safe and secure environment. If you are open I can also do some energy healing for your pups so they can relax and enjoy their time away from their owners. I also have a ton of experience with seniors, meds etc!

A typical day
Hikes! Playing! Fun adventures! Car rides! Bailey and I enjoy going on many adventures all over the place. We love driving 30+ minutes away if we can find a really fun park or adventure in nature. We also like having dogs experience off leash if they feel safe. Love ball throwing getting down on the floor and playing with dogs allowing them to play with brain toys and anything else that is super fun for them. If a dog is more calm and relaxed I needs to be snuggled in cuddled and that’s what I shall do!
