Our family members have been animal lovers our whole lives and have had a number of dogs and cats over our lifetime. Before kids we had 5 years of pet and house-sitting experience. Based on word of mouth from friends and acquaintances. We provide a nurturing environment where your pets feel like part of our family. As parents of three kids, we involve our children in daily pet care routines, teaching them responsibility, respect and compassion. This hands-on approach ensures your pets receive personalized attention and affection. We understand that each pet has unique needs. Tara and her family were fantastic sitters for our pup! Her communication made for a smooth drop off and pick up, the photos and updates along with our dog’s happy tail at the end of the stay let me know he was in good hands away from home. Would definitely use Tara again during our next travels.
Tara and Jed (and their kiddos) took the best care of our 10 week old pup, Marti! They were super accommodating of a last minute request and all of the extra care that goes into taking care of a young puppy and she sent the sweetest pics of Marti having the best time on their amazing property with her very sweet kids. Would highly recommend them for your pet sitting needs!
Tara and her family took excellent care of our dog Gabby while we were away. Lots of walks, cuddles and extra attention. We also received daily updates and photos. We would absolutely book with them again.
Ozzie loved staying with Tara, Jed and their kids. He went for long walks, ran on the dog beach, made new friends & especially loved their great yard where he could get in some rare full-speed runs. He’s already looking forward to his next stay with them!

Schedule
Our kids are in a hybrid homeschool program my husband works a remote job from home and I am a full time mom so we are in and out several times a day but rarely gone more than 30-60 mins at a time. Which means we are available for pet care at regular intervals majority of the day 7 days a week.

Safety, trust & environment
We live on a one acre property set back from the road and fenced around the sides and back. We do have a gate that we put across the driveway at night to keep the deer out of the fruit orchard so we have the possibility of fencing the whole property by putting the deer gate up in the day. We have a separate fenced back yard off of our deck with dog door access from the living room of the house. We have 2 cats that have their own space in the garage with in and out access. And we have a 30 lb 16 year old dog named Ninja he is mellow and sweet and sleeps most of the day.
Pets
A typical day
We love to take dogs to the beach play fetch in the yard explore walking trails in this area and in our neighborhood. We will also make sure they get plenty of pets and cuddles while with us.
