Pet care experience

Hi there! I recently said goodbye to my senior dog, Riley, who was just shy of 13. He was my daily walking buddy, my constant companion, and truly the heart of my home. Losing him has left a big space in my life, and I find myself missing the simple joy of walking with a four-legged friend and sharing that unconditional love and companionship. Because Riley was a senior boy, I have lots of experience supporting older dogs—everything from giving medications to understanding their changing energy levels and mobility needs. I also cared for a cat with long-term health issues for several years, so I’m very comfortable with gentle handling, special routines, and pets who need a little extra attention. Ian has also been around dogs his entire life and helped with Rileys care the last year of his life. His current furry best freind is Sophia the frenchie. He is such a great dog dad to her, making sure her health and wellness is always top priority... and if you know about french bull dogs you would understand this!! ;) We would both love the opportunity to spend time with your dogs, get back to those peaceful walks in nature, and offer the same patience, care, and kindness that we give to our own animals. Whether your pet is young and full of energy or a slow-moving senior with a big heart, We would be honoured to help them feel safe, loved, and well cared for.

Very grateful to have them come and help at the last minute! My cat enjoyed their company while I was away.

Tara is wonderful with dogs. She has a huge heart and loves sharing outdoor time and adventures with furry friends! Any one who has the chance to have Tara look after her dog will be so happy they met her as she’ll pour love into your pet while you are away!

Tara Miller loves dogs so much she has a hard time walking down the street with my dog and talking to every dog she sees in our path. Recently Tara lost her best friend named Riley, she would be so honored to take care of or walk your dog and would treat them, I guarantee the same as she treated her beloved Riley dog. Tara is 100% committed to all animals, she respects them deeply and is one of the kindest people I know, to humans and to animals of all sorts.

Tara was a regular dog sitter for my Husky Shepherd Cross for years. She always took great care of him and her love and care are evident in everything she does. I would use her again in a heartbeat if I ever have another dog.
