Really unhappy with the quality of service provided during the check in visit. I have 2 active dogs and the care instructions clearly lay out my expectations. Which is really to pay attention to and help my dogs get their energy out. Tara “started” the check in at 12:13, even though she entered the house at 12:20 and I only first heard from her at 12:18 regarding where to access the key. She was on her phone for 98% of the 30 minutes. My dogs wagged their tails and tried to get engagement from her but received hardly any. She played with my dogs for about 5 minutes total. And even during that, she was on her phone, hardly looking at them. The visit ended at 12:42. So not only did my dogs receive like 5 minutes of disengaged attention, the visit was only 22 minutes out of the 30 paid for. Very disappointed in the services received and sad for my dogs.

Tara took very good care of our three boys. She communicated at the right frequency and included photos of the boys to keep us up to date. She went out of her way to ensure that their needs were met. She met with us to meet the boys and was very knowlegeable about their care including good sugestions to calm their nervious tummies. We appreciate the care given to our pets and the sincere engagement with both us and our pets.
