Hi there! I love animals and have a cat. I’m not able to have a dog where I live but would if I could. I enjoy caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Being with animals brings me so much joy and peace. I’ve been a pet sitter for about 3 years. I have taken care of cats and dogs of all temperaments and some with a history of trauma. I am able to slowly win their trust and some people have said that they are surprised how quickly their animal feels safe with me. I have some experience in dog training and am able to handle dogs of all levels of energy.

Tara is amazing. My dog, Luka, trusted her from the moment he met her. She is so good with him! She came to check in on Luka and take him for walks while I was at work. Tara is patient, dependable, and takes the time to give extra care to both Brody the cat and me, the human! I hired her to care for my elderly mother's elderly cat during a family health crisis, and the care she provided was a huge load off my mind during a stressful time. Tara was wonderful taking care of bandit. She made the effort to really comfort and interact with our cat and made sure we knew she was ok during a long vacation. I would highly recommend her!
Tara was amazing!! I am a very nervous dog mom and I leave a lot of instructions. Tara easily followed all my instructions and kept me updated on how my babies were doing. My dogs liked her and felt comfortable immediately upon meeting her. Tara was extremely responsive, and she sent cute photos and videos of my dogs playing with her. She's got great energy, and the dogs pick up on that. I didn't have to worry one bit knowing that Tara was there taking care of Luna and Cali while we were away. Tara has my highest recommendation as a pet sitter, and I will definitely be using her in the future!!!

Schedule
I work part-time, with available time throughout the day and evening to care for your pets. My schedule is flexible so I can adjust it to fit your needs.

I am flexible with meeting the needs of your pet and am willing to hang out with them, take on a walk, feed them and make sure they have fresh water, as well as play with them to give mental and physical stimulation and exercise.

A typical day
I enjoy stimulating dogs mentally by playing a variety of games and giving them the level of physical exercise they need. If dogs are into snuggles, I’m happy to provide them as well!
