Looking for Dog friends for my Dogs
I have been around dogs my whole life and have a natural affinity for dogs. I I have two perfect pups, a chihuahua mix named Stevie that I call my familiar and a goofy cattle dog named Bowie. She has a blue eye and a brown eye and a heart of gold. They are a happy pack of sweethearts that love new furry friends. I am a very responsible person and when given the task of caring for another's loved one I take it very seriously. I think that dogs and owners will feel very comfortable and safe with me because of my experience and love for our canine counterparts. I also understand how hard it is to be away from our pets, so I’ll be in communication, keeping you updated with information, photos, and general updates of how your dog is doing in my care. I live close to Onion Creek Greenbelt and if your dogs stay with me and are happy on hikes it’s a daily outing for me and my pups. Happy to walk them on leash around my neighborhood and my dogs enjoy playing but are also happy to chill with their dog friends.

Tara was a reliable and caring pet sitter for our two kitties when we went out of town for 5 days. She provided daily updates and administered meds to our older cat successfully. Would def use again!

Schedule
I work on my own schedule and it’s very flexible at the moment. I spend time with my dogs outdoors everyday and am good at communicating my schedule changes.

My dogs are friendly with dogs, cats, people, and kids. When dogs stay in my home I make sure that none of them are left with other dogs unsupervised even if all are friendly. My dogs are crate trained and that’s easy for me to accommodate for visiting dogs as well. When caring in your home I will follow the rules of the houses.

A typical day
On a stay with me, your pup will have whatever they want and need for a safe and happy stay. We can walk around our run and play at a dog park nearby. If your dog likes canine friends, we have dogs in our home that would love to play with them as well!
