My obsession with dogs began at the age of 5. I grew up in the country, & love the fresh air so if you've got an active dog I would love to keep them entertained while you're away. However, the same goes for the older pups that just want to be couch potatoes as well. I am a certified vet assistant and a professionally certified pet groomer also. I work full time for Dept of Corrections but only work in the office 1 day/week. I can't wait to meet both you and your fur babies. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any possible questions or for more info about me or my services. My calendar is also updated frequently as well, I can make special accommodations also so just let me know what you need. I do have one child in the home that is 5 years old. Don't let that scare away all your active and big dogs! I care for clients pets as if they are my own, they aren't crated unless they aren't fully potty trained or have a tendency to chew when left alone and for bedtime. I have a fenced dog yard when needed and live on 20 acres that allows for plenty of space for walking. I also have tons of horse experience with a barn and stalls if you need more than your dogs watched also.

I am always confident whenever my dog Blu stars with Tara. She constantly updates with photos and always asks the necessary questions. My dog came home smelling good, happy and wore out. Tara will always be my first choice for boarding because she goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for my dog.
Tara is amazing with our pup! I don’t have to worry about Ava at all while she is with Tara. That peace of mind is everything!! Plus Tara always send pics and even grooms her for us.

Tara was an excellent sitter for my wild puppy. I was updated several times a day with photos and trusted that he was well taken care of.

Schedule
I currently work full time but am home everyday of the week except for 1 so your pet would not be alone very often. I have a camera that I can check on them with also.

Safety, trust & environment
Know that your pets will always be safe in my care as I will look at them as my own. Safety and the pets health and happiness is priority. I typically send daily updates as well to keep you stress free about your pets stay! I no longer do injected medication for pets due to liability that my home insurance will not cover so unfortunately that is something I can't provide.

A typical day
I am happy to take your dogs on walks, but have a fenced front yard and back deck. I live on 20 acres so there are plenty of smells and sights to keep pets entertained.
