I currently work full time as a pet sitter while in training to be a certified dog trainer. Currently during the week I’m not longer accepting recurring clients. My schedule fills up for house sittings so reach out as soon as you can! I will NOT walk/drop in on your dog as a substitute to a house sitting.

Please leave detailed instructions including your normal daily schedule, eating routine as well as how much per meal, medications given, their habits and what they enjoy doing, any commands, triggers if any, and special instructions if necessary for your animal. I wish to make them as happy as possible while you’re away so it’s important to me I treat them as you normally would.
A typical day
I personally don’t do much besides watch tv, but I love playing and going for long walks. Occasionally I don’t mind taking them to the dog park if they are good with other dogs. I love spoiling animals, they will get lots of treats and love from me! For anyone wishing to book house sittings, I may have to leave for a couple hours at a time as I have regular clients. They will still be 100% taken care of, I never leave for periods longer than 4 hours

Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting for almost 2 years and have yet to have a bad interaction with an animal in my care. I will give the best care I can every booking you make with me. I always want the best for your companion, and strive to make them comfortable and happy when you’re away. If you love photos of your doggies, I can take the best pictures to put your mind at ease. I’m not a professional trainer yet, but I have lots of hands on experience so please reach out if you’re looking for a trainer! Im currently enrolled at Catch academy to become a certified professional dog trainer. I also grew up having dogs and cats I had to care for while having neighbors and friends who have trusted me to watch their fur babies for them. So working with animals comes natural to me!

Tara was amazing!!! She took great care of our dogs! She’s fabulous! She gave us detailed summary every day and took wonderful pictures!
Tara took great care of one large needy dog and a small alpha dog, a cat, 6 snakes, and leopard gecko while we were away for a week. I appreciated the thorough daily updates and quick responses. We even got photos to set our minds at ease each day and comforted that someone so responsible was taking great care of the animal pack. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Tara again.
Tara is fabulous and I would highly recommend her -- she is trustworthy, cares almost as much as I do about Duke (and while I will always be his "bestie", I would say Tara is a close second!!
