I was honestly a little nervous leaving my dog with her because he’s very energetic and not the easiest dog to handle even die he train dog but she did an amazing job. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. When I picked him up, he looked happy, healthy, and like he’d been getting plenty of attention. She treated him like her own dog I’ll definitely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their dog.

I would not recommend this sitter or book with them again I originally booked daycare through Rover because I needed reliable care for my dogs but after the booking was made I was told daycare was full and was asked to switch to drop-in visits instead. I agreed because I still needed someone I could trust to care for my dogs, and the plan was for 5 drop-in visits. Unfortunately only 1 visit was completed. The one drop-in visit that did happen was late, and the sitter’s communication came across as rude and unprofessional when I was only trying to make sure my dogs were okay and receiving the care they needed. I was left feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously, and I was disappointed that the agreed-upon care was not followed through. When someone accepts responsibility for pets, I expect reliability, clear communication, and commitment to the schedule that was agreed on. This experience caused unnecessary stress and I would not feel comfortable trusting this sitter with my dogs again.

I had a great meet and greet with her! She took the time to listen to all of my instructions and made me feel confident that my girls would be in good hands if I need her. She's also been incredibly flexible and is willing to be on standby in case my partner has to travel for work during my birthday trip. That gives me so much peace of mind while I'm preparing for my trip and while I'm away. I really appreciate her communication, patience, and willingness to work with my situation. I would definitely recommend her!

I appreciate that my dog was safe and returned in good health after the weekend. However, there was a miscommunication about his food. It was lost during his stay, and I wasn’t informed until pickup, which was a bit concerning. I was also not informed in advance that my dog would be staying with someone else. I would have appreciated knowing that beforehand. Overall, she was polite and seemed to care about Kody, but some details could be tightened up.
