Hi, I’m Tanya! 🐾 My partner and I live in Chelmsford in a house with a secure garden—perfect for your dog to run, play and relax. Here’s what I offer: • 🏡 One-on-one care – I only take one dog at a time, so they get my full attention. No need to stress about your pet sharing space or getting on with others. • 🐶 Experience with all kinds of dogs – from volunteering at Guide Dogs, greyhound kennels, fostering a greyhound and several past Rover bookings for dogs and cats (check my reviews!) - as well as my family’s dog. • 💕 Genuine love of animals – your pet will be treated like part of the family while I’m with them. Available for walking, boarding, day care and drop-ins! Whether your pet loves cuddles, space to let off steam, or space to relax, I’m here to understand their needs and make sure they feel happy and at home during their time with me.

I can't express how great Tanya and Dan were at looking after Bob. Going to a new carer is always stressful, but from the meet and greet to the nights stay, the confidence they both showed and the updates that came through, filled us with the assurance that Bob was in the best hands. Tanya was absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating, especially taking Bri in on such short notice. She kept me updated throughout the day with regular photos and always checked in to make sure Bri’s needs and any specific requirements were met. She provides a warm, homely environment where Bri clearly felt happy, well cared for, and safe.
This is the first time I have left my dog with someone she didn’t know but Tanya arranged a meet and greet where Mia had time to get to know her surroundings While I was away Tanya provided daily updates and photos of Mia looking relaxed and happy on her daily walks and cuddles at home. Tanya truly loves what she does and provides a loving comfy home from home environment which suited Mia perfectly. I will definitely book again in the future.
Tanya was great! She's really good with Mango, understands her behaviours and keeps us updated with how it goes and cute pictures. Would definitely recommend her!

Schedule
I work from home three days a week, so am around for boarding and daycare. My partner works from home too, so there will always be someone in the house during working hours Monday-Friday. For drop-ins and walks, I can visit your pet around my working hours.

Safety, trust & environment
While your pet is in my care, I’ll treat them as my own. I’ll take the time to understand their needs and how you would like me to care for them, and follow any routines they’re used to.
A typical day
I can take your dogs on local walks, play with your pets, spend time with them but give them space - whatever their/your preference is! I find licky mats and other enrichment treats are good to keep them occupied where needed.
