With over 30 years of experience caring for pets of all kinds, I am passionate about providing the utmost love and care to fur babies of all shapes, sizes and personalities. I actively volunteer at a few animal sanctuaries, including a dog sanctuary where I have the pleasure of playing with, walking, and giving belly rubs to many dogs of different ages, temperaments and physical conditions. I fall in love with every one of them! I have extensive experience with senior dogs and dogs with health issues, including cancer, dementia, heart issues and arthritis. I have experience with wound care and administering medications. I am dedicated to ensuring the safety and happiness of your furry companions. With a mature and responsible approach, I provide attentive care, ensuring your pets feel loved and comfortable. Trustworthy and reliable, I prioritize the well-being of your pets, offering peace of mind while you’re away.

I am dedicated to ensuring the safety and happiness of your furry companions. With a mature and responsible approach, I provide attentive care, ensuring your pets feel loved and comfortable. I have a large unfenced yard, but I love walking and provide as few, or as many walks &/or potty breaks as your pet needs. My dog typically gets 4 walks each day, plus extra potty breaks. Exercise and couch/cuddle time will be tailored to your pet’s needs. For doggy daycare, I only care for one dog at a time (unless there are multiple dogs from one family), so your dog will have 100% of my attention at all times.

Tanya was great with Bear! Gave us lots of updates while we were away and took great care of Bear. Provided her with lots of love and affection, she looked like a very happy pup in each photo we got. We absolutely recommend Tanya and will be using her in the future again!!
Tanya is incredible dog sitter, she did a phenomenal taking care of Choki. She is kind, wonderful and responsible person who can provide a perfect service for your dog. She kept us updated all the time with bunch photos of happy Choki while we were far away from him. When we took Choki back home he was totally calm that is very important. I would highly recommend Tanya as a perfect dog sitter!
Our dog Max was taken care so well. He’s a bit of a nervous dog but he was completely comfortable when I returned. Great communication and great environment.
Tanya is truly a best friend to our Goodendoodle, and without a doubt his favourite person! Her years of experience with her own previous pets and hours of volunteer work with many animals in need, has given her a natural connection and understanding with our dog. She works to continue training & gives positive reinforcement while keeping a fun & active time together.
If you're looking for compassionate care, look no further! Tanya is incredible. Whenever I traveled I always used to worry about what to do with my dog, Gwen. I needed someone who I could trust. I didn't want to board her. She was my baby and I needed to make sure she was looked after diligently and with loving care. I started having Tanya look after her whenever I was away. She always went above and beyond! She showed Gwen so much love and care. I knew she was being looked after just as well as if I was caring for her myself. This allowed me the peace of mind to travel, with zero worries or hesitation. I knew Gwen loved spending time with Tanya. Not only was it a vacation for me, but it was a vacation for her as well. I'm so grateful for Tanya and couldn't have asked for a better sitter for Gwen.

Schedule
I retired from my teaching job to help care for my terminally ill dad. When I’m not volunteering at animal sanctuaries, I’m available for pet sitting. I have had my own fur babies in my home for over 30 years. We didn’t have any pets for the last two years, but we very recently adopted a new rescue named Hana. My schedule is fairly flexible and I’m looking forward to meeting your furry companions.
