Simply Sonoma Farm
We live on a beautiful 2 acre hobby farm on the West side of Petaluma, about 5 minutes outside of downtown. We are also a short walking distance to beautiful hiking at Helen Putnam Regional Park where I often take the dogs. Our home was designed and built by us and focused on our love for animals and children. Both of our children(now almost grown)have been raised around lots of animals and have the greatest respect for their well being too. Many of our pets are rescue animals and all are treated like royalty, as will yours. Our dogs all have very sweet, accepting, temperaments. The 2 small dogs are in the house all day in between their many walks and the 2 larger are outside until evening(when they come in to sleep in their crates). We promise your dog will be well cared for and loved like one of our own during their stay with us.

Tanya was fantastic! She has an incredible property and land, perfect for my pup. She was easy to communicate with and flexible with pick up and drop off. My pup got lots of attention and seemed right at home from the start.
Tanya is the most loving person with humans AND animals. Animals keep her sane and her life would not be the same without them in it. You would know your dog is so well cared for if you choose her as your sitter. Sydney B.
I have known Tanya for over 15 years. She has always had cats, dogs and bunnies.. She takes excellent care of them and loves them very much. I know she will make a great sitter. She has watched my cats on occasion.

Schedule
I am home the majority of most days. I run a part time FarmCamp for children on my property so, even when working, I’m home.

Safety, trust & environment
Our 2 acre property it fully fenced but your dogs will never just roam free on the property without me with them. I treat my dogs like my children, I want to know where they are at all times.

A typical day
We always take about 4 walks per day on the property. We also have a large, sunny, enclosed porch that the dogs can lounge on during the day. I try to bring the dogs in and out with me, depending on what I am doing.
