I've had dogs all of my life. I've recently lost my show cocker spaniel in December 2023 named Buttons. I miss him dearly and miss the company of having a dog in my life and home. I have the pleasure of looking after my son's working cocker spaniel Jessie aged just 10 weeks when he is off on holiday.

Barney had another lovely day with Tanya. He very quickly made himself at home and Tanya kept in touch through the day with message and photos as to how he was doing. He came home extremely happy and content. It is reassuring to know how comfortable he feels with Tanya and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Tanya was so friendly and welcoming. I haven't lefty dog with anyone but family before but Tanya made me feel so comfortable. Winnie had a great time. I will 100% be using her again. Thank you x
Pepper clearly had a lovely time staying with Tanya. Tanya updated us quickly to let us know that Pepper had settled in which was appreciated. We knew as soon as we met Tanya that Pepper would be just fine and would thoroughly recommend Tanya to other dog owners.
Ziggy gave Tanya a 5 paw rating. He had a great stay and clearly formed a lovely bond with Tanya. He made himself at home and he was looked after as if he was a member of the family. A huge thank you 😊
This is the second time Max has stayed with Tanya and he ran straight in with no hesitation Communication is fab and she sends loads of photos letting you know what they have been up to

Schedule
I work in a primary school in Hoddesdon as a teaching assistant and I have lived in Hertford all of my life. I work term time so I am only available in the school holidays and most weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden and a locked outside gate. Dogs can be crated or have the downstairs to themselves. They are allowed on sofas and beds.
A typical day
I live near to plenty of open spaces to exercise your dogs. Panshanger Park, Hartham, the Meads, the railway line and Hertford town centre which are only a 15 minute walk away.
