Walks, play, and loving care
I have raised my current schnauzer from a puppy and still have some of the puppy supplies! I've grown up with dogs and love to bring them to the beach, on a hike, snuggle, and tell them how cute they are! I'm also very familiar with older animals and their medication needs and watching out for health symptoms. I know to follow your rules with commands and how your animals like to be handled for the most positive experience together. Your doggie might go home to your with a handmade bandana <3

For staying in your home: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding schedules, portioning, and any dietary needs, as well as medication administration when required. I keep pets on their usual walking, playtime, and rest schedule to minimize disruption. I’m attentive to safety at all times—ensuring doors, gates, and leashes are secure, monitoring behavior, and keeping a clean, hazard-free environment. I also provide companionship and enrichment through play, exercise, and attention suited to each pet’s temperament. I respect the client’s home by keeping spaces tidy and organized, and I provide regular updates so owners feel informed and at ease while they’re away. For boarding: I have a fenced in yard and your doggie will have company with my two schnauzers. They can sleep on the bed with me or snuggle on the couch, but can happily let them be if they aren't very social. My neighborhood is very quiet, so your pet won't be overstimulated or stressed. I have plenty of toys and can give them your treats at your direction.

We are so grateful to Tanya for taking such good care of our 2 hihuahuas and our indoor/outdoor cat. Our dogs have had a difficult time with prior pet sitters but for Tanya quickly had become trusting and affectionate to her within just a couple of days. Tanya left the home in a remarkably clean condition. She is very professional and excelled our expectations. Thank you, Tanya! She is now our goto petsitter. 😊

Programa
For staying in your home: My schedule is flexible and pet-friendly. I work from home part of the week, which allows me to provide regular supervision, walks, and check-ins throughout the day. I’m fully available on weekends for more consistent, hands-on care. During weekdays, I can reliably cover morning and evening visits, though occasional work meetings may shift timing slightly—I always plan ahead to ensure pets are not left unattended for long. I follow feeding schedules closely and can maintain established routines, including walks, playtime, medication administration, and crate or bedtime habits. I also build in time for exercise, enrichment, and companionship so pets stay comfortable, engaged, and on their normal rhythm. For boarding: I have a fenced in yard to easily let your pup outside when they need to go. I can happily take them on a walk midday, or when they need it. Sometimes my work schedule requires me to be on site for 4-5 hours at a time, so accepting your booking may require some juggling with my schedule and if it will work with your dog's needs/if they can be left alone with my two schnauzers. Mostly a case by case basis! Weekends I am home all the time, except for the occasional work trip or vacation, but I'll block out those days on my calendar!
