I've been an animal lover and caretaker my entire life! Growing up in a farm-like setting, I cared for horses, sheep, cows, and more. I also have experience working in a boarding kennel, where I managed grooming, feeding, and exercise needs for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and breeds. Rest assured your home and animals will be well cared for. Currently, I have two Mini Australian Shepherds, Merlin (15 years old) and Mars (3 years old), both of whom I’ve raised and trained from puppyhood. Whatever pace your pet moves at I’m ready to match it. I understand the anxiety of leaving our fur buddies behind, whether a long trip away or just a couple hours, and will treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. If you’re looking for a responsible and reliable caretaker for your pet friends, I’m your person!

I will give yours the safe treatment I would wish for my own pets. I will provide regular feeding, keep the water fresh, exercise, and playtime suited to your pet’s needs. Daily routines and any training notes will be maintained to ensure consistency. Check-in communication and/or photos will keep you informed and reassured while you're away.

Tanner is the absolute best! Our pets love her (even the cat who can’t be bothered to befriend anyone …except Tanner). She’s great with communication and I’ve always felt like our home and pets were very safe in her hands. Will continue to book any chance we get!

Took excellent care of my senior cat + sent lots of sweet photos of him. My cat is very sensitive about visitors but it is obvious from the pictures that he warmed up to Tanner after only a couple of visits.
Tanner did a great job taking care of our little guy. She gave good details about her visits that helped us know what our dog needed throughout the day. We’ll definitely work with Tanner again soon!
