Pet care experience
Your dog won’t want to go home!
We have over 18 years of dog care experience, and have run a small dog walking/boarding business in our neighborhood for the past 13 years. (We have also fostered and raised dogs of our own). The many years of caring for dogs of all ages and sizes have given us extensive experience handling a wide range of dogs. We have boarded puppies to seniors, and have cared for dogs with a variety of special needs and disabilities. We are able to administer any medication, including injections. Please note: Kaya was more active in the business before moving to university, but when she is home periodically she may help with the care of your dog. In her absence I am no longer able to accept dogs with extreme separation anxiety that cannot be left alone for any period of time.

Bruno loved staying with Tanja! She was very communicative and responsible, and made sure to make him feel at home. We appreciated all the walks he got and the daily pictures. He even got sick while in her care and she gave him a special diet and tended to him, which we so appreciate. We always felt he was in good hands, and he was so happy he almost wouldn’t come home. Will be our first choice for boarding in the future :)

Tanja is an amazing pet sitter for our senior pup, Bentley. She takes wonderful care of his special needs, and keeps us informed and updated on any issues that might come up while he’s staying with her. She’s absolutely the best!
I absolutely love her! From the meet and greet I just knew she was a perfect fit for Mocha. Mocha was on her best behavior (thank god). I will definitely be using Tanja and Kaya again.

Our townhouse community has ample green space, with a lovely park and walking nature trails nearby. We only board one dog at a time, and do not have pets of our own, so all attention will go exclusively to the care of your dog.

Pet sitting is my primary job, so I am available to tend to your dog’s needs and give them the best care possible at any time of day or night. We will send you detailed daily updates, as well as photos of your dog during their stay.
A typical day
We live near a lovely nature trail, as well have a large open field nearby, so your dog will get as much exercise as wanted/needed. Your dog will get the appropriate balance of play/stimulation and rest, in addition to endless snuggles.
