I've been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with a Husky that I adored so much that I knew I'd always want a dog in my life. So, the moment we had our own house with a yard we adopted our dog Simba. He was one year old when we got him and a handful but with love and patience we became best friends. Now we do everything together and he goes everywhere with us. 🥰🦮 I've been dog sitting/walking on Rover for over a year now and it's been a great pleasure to be trusted to care for other family's four-legged friends! I can say wholehardedly that this is the best job in the world! I SO enjoy meeting all of your beloved pets and getting to spend my day walking, playing and snuggeling with my new furry friends. I've become a master toy-thrower, tummy-rubber and poopy-picker-upper! I've had old dogs, blind dogs and young playful dogs and I do my best to accommodate all of their needs. Can't wait to hear from you and find out how I can help you with your care needs.

Tanita did drop-in visits for our two dogs for two weeks while I was out of town. To say her care for them was amazing is a true understatement. She went above and beyond to keep us informed, sent wonderful photo updates, and was extremely flexible with her schedule when they needed a little extra care. She is truly the best, and we are so grateful to have found her!

Tanita has been so great with my little Spyke during her drop in visits during the 2 weeks I’ve been out of town. He is a timid little guy and can be shy around new people, and he has certainly warmed up quickly to her kindness and gentleness with him. I’ve been so grateful for Tanita’s great care for Spyke while I’ve been gone, it made my being away from him a little easier. I’d definitely trust my little guy in her care again and hope she’ll be open to visits or stays with him in the future if I need. If he’s comfortable, I’m 💯 comfortable as well. Schedule
I currently do not have a set schedule which makes me very flexible. If you need someone last minute, just holler! If you need someone on a regular basis, I'm your gal as I can work around your schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
Before taking care of your dog for the first time I'd love to arrange a meet-and-greet to make sure that it's a good fit for both of us. That way I can get to know them and they me and if there are any issues/concerns/special needs that need to be addressed we can do that face-to-face.

A typical day
There will be plenty of walks, play time (ball throwing or tug-of-war, etc.) and snuggles. How much of each depends on your doggy's liking :) Of course I can feed your dog whenever their schedule requires it. And I'll make sure to top off their water before I leave. If they need medications with food I can also take care of that.
