I have loved dogs since before I could even talk. I got my first dog when I was six, and have been caring for them ever since. From working at a boarding kennel in my youth to doing rescue transport as an adult, I've always believed that each dog is an individual that deserves the best care possible. I currently have 4 small dogs of my own, and usually have a foster or two as well. I do rescue transport of dogs ranging in size from a Chihuahua to a mastiff, so no breeds are off limits. I used to volunteer as a dog walker for bully breed rescue, and I am capable of handling large strong dogs. I'm also happy cuddling with the littles. I Love them all!

Tanis has been taking care of Roxie for almost 3 years. She is the most kind and compassionate caregiver. Roxie had been aging quickly recently and started medication which Tanis was able to administer. She’s ver attuned to senior animal care and I highly recommend her! I work a hybrid home/office schedule, so I am often able to work from home, which allows everyone to spend less time alone or in crates.

A typical day
We have a large, securely fenced back yard that dogs love. We can also provide toys and kongs for entertainment. Our home is in a walk friendly neighborhood with multiple route options available.
