I have been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old. Growing up, I had two dogs, a Boxer and a Shih Tzu, and I was responsible for their daily care, including feeding them, taking them outside for potty breaks, cleaning up after them, and maintaining their overall hygiene. Later, my family got a Cavapoo puppy, and I took an active role in his training and care. I potty trained him to go outside and taught him to communicate when he needed to use the bathroom by standing or sitting near the door. I also taught him basic commands such as sitting and giving his paw. In addition, I worked with him on leash behavior and recall to help ensure he would not run away or bark at other dogs during walks, including situations where his leash became loose. These experiences have taught me how to be patient, responsible, attentive, and consistent when caring for and training dogs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and would be comfortable providing them with the attention, exercise, and care they need.
