Tana was great with my cat, very patient with her shyness. Unfortunately, that is where our positive experience ends. Somehow, she broke the deadbolt on our door & we were 4 hours away. Our cat was left alone much longer than we intended, but thankfully had a water fountain even though she wasn’t being fed. We ended up having to call a locksmith on a holiday weekend which cost us almost $200. When I approached Tana about refunding us as our lock was perfectly fine before we left, she immediately became defensive & started blaming us. After arguing with us, she finally agreed to pay us back for half the amount, even though we requested the full amount. At least we got something. As a pet sitter myself, I was shocked at not only the lack of responsibility, but the manner in which the consequences were handled. Mistakes happen & our cat was fine, but due to her handling of the situation, we will not be using her again. Unprofessional & overall not someone I could trust with my fur baby.

Tana was great! She is very personable and it was obvious that this is more than just a side job for her, she truly enjoys what she does. It was our first time using rover and having someone watch our newly adopted dog. She was very understanding and patient with tyla. we knew our dog was in good hands for the day!

Tana was outstanding! We will definitely use her again. Our dogs loved her and because they are elderly, it is difficult to find the right sitter. Thank God for Tana!! Tana did one hour (sometimes even a bit more) visits with my two young cats for one week. She was very good at sending me updates and pictures each day so I knew they were being well taken care of. Between the devotion and love she showed my cats to keeping my apartment nice and clean, I would highly recommend her to watch your pet/s! She has great attention to detail and truly adores animals. Plus her schedule is flexible which is always a plus. I’ll be asking her to watch my babies again in the near future!!

Tana was great with my girl Myla. She kept me updated. And sent plenty of pictures!! She even gave her a bath before she came home. I would 10/10 use her again ☺️

Tana was wonderful with my dog. She showed up on scheduled, and was very good at communicating with me while she worked with my dog. I would definitely book her again. She genuinely loves animals and it shows.
