Extremely stressful experience. Dropped off my 7-month old Belgian Shepherd after an earlier Meet & Greet that same week. It was his 1st time being boarded. I was told at the Meet & Greet that there was 1 child in the house, upon dropping him off I learned there were 4 children. I then received messages that my dog had diarrhea and was throwing up. I instructed them that he had a bout of this in the past and to limit his water/food intake and let him out frequently and that it should go away in a day. I then started receiving a barrage of messages that she had 2 snall children and that I was inconsiderate because she wss not being paid to clean up after my dog. I was then told to come pick up my dog. By this time, I was already on a plane out of the country. I explained that the dog wss probably nervous and should be placed in a crate and walked to poop. I then received photos of my dog in a crate surrounded with poop. Tamyra stated she couldn't take care of her 2 babies and my dog. And that she had to keep her floors clean for her children to crawl on. Since they were listed on Rover I assumed they had the facilities necessary to board dogs!! I had to call a friend who was in the midst of their own emergency to go get my dog. I then received hourly updates that he had not arrived yet though he told them that he would be there in a few hours. This was the worst experience I could have had imagined - especially as i was on my way to a much needed vacation. Dog boarders should expect a variety of issues when puppies are in new environments. If there are kids to consider they should not be boarding dogs in the same areas that children occupy. I selected them based on multiple good reviews that I now question as they seemed completely unprepared and inexperienced. Would not recommend.

Thank you for taking such care with Bunny! My dog is older and doesn't spend a lot of time away from the family. Tamyra was attentive and communicative during Bunny's stay. I appreciate her and will definitely use her again in the future.

Tamyra was such a great sitter seriously. She kept me updated whenever I responded and she plenty of pictures and videos. I was really nervous because this was my first time letting him stay overnight with someone. But it worked out very well and I will definitely be booking her again !!! She was wonderful!!

Tamyra did a great job watching our poodle for a week. She kept us updated with a lot of videos and he seemed happy and excited. She even took the time to bath him after getting dirty - which was above and beyond. I highly recommend Tamyra and when traveling will use her again.

Tamyra and her family were very patient and loving towards my baby when I was away. I really appreciate how much she wanted Inga to feel at home.

Tamyra provided regular updates of Oliver while I was gone and always responded to any questions promptly. Oliver had an amazing time staying with her.
