Calm, friendly & caring cat-sitter
Life is simply better with a feline companion, and I’ve been owned by a variety of them for most of mine. I’ve lived alongside all sorts from lap-loving and anxious to crazy and aloof. I currently have one former rescue, Felix, who loves being kingpin of the household. and has become very affectionate in his old age. I often look after neighbours’ cats when they are away, and adjust my interactions to fit their personalities, whether playful or timid.

I keep organised notes as to what each pet needs and their preferences. I will spend time interacting with them as their mood dictates, whether that’s active play, providing cuddles, or simply a comforting presence. I’ll make sure to keep pet feeding and toilet areas clean and pleasant to use, and will make sure that your pets are kept safe according to your instructions (especially when entering/leaving your home). And of course I will be respectful of both privacy and security when visiting your home.

Friendly, reliable, and an obvious cat lover, Tamsin has been fantastic with my cats while I’m away. Both have very specific dietary requirements that need extra care and attention, and one is incredibly timid, requiring a gentle and patient approach. She follows all instructions to a T, leaves everything clean and tidy, and is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am always completely happy with the care given and highly recommend her!

Schedule
I’m not bound by family responsibilities and I am self-employed, which means I can generally flex my pet-sitting requirements around other work demands, offering visit times to suit your/your pets’ schedule, throughout the day/evening (given sufficient notice). I also work as a personal chef (do ask about my batch cooking service!), and as a doula and infant feeding coach (working with expectant and new parents).
