I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, from dog walking and sitting for friends, family, and coworkers to growing up around dogs of all sizes. I’ve cared for puppies, senior dogs, small breeds, and large breeds, and I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities and energy levels. One of my most meaningful experiences was helping care for my family dog, Sam, a West Highland Terrier, into his senior years. He had diabetes that required insulin injections, a special diet, and medications, and later developed cataracts that led to blindness. Caring for Sam made me especially comfortable with senior dogs and pets who need a little extra patience and attention. Now that I’ve moved away from home and my friends (and their dogs!), I’m missing my furry companions and would love to spend my days off giving your pup great walks, lots of love, and plenty of tail wags 🐾

Tamra is an absolutely wonderful sitter. My dog was so comfortable with her which was very evident from the pictures and videos that she was sending us. Dates de la garde
My job provides a good amount of downtime, which gives me plenty of flexibility to play with, walk, and give attention to your pup throughout the day. I’m available on select weekdays and weekends, and I just ask for a little advance notice so I can plan accordingly. I love fitting pet care into my routine and making sure each dog gets the time, care, and energy they deserve 🐾

I care for pets like they’re my own—lots of attention, belly rubs, playtime, and plenty of walks. I don’t have any pets of my own, so your dog will get my full attention. I personally provide all pet care and your pet will always be under my direct supervision. I live in a pet friendly apartment and love going on long walks around the neighborhood, so your pup will get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and one-on-one care. I always follow your routines and instructions to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and right at home

A typical day caring for a dog includes plenty of exercise, attention, and one-on-one care. I love going on long walks around the neighborhood, and there are a few nearby parks where we can play games and enjoy fresh air. When the weather allows, I like to set up a blanket at the park and relax for a bit so your dog can unwind and enjoy the outing. Most importantly, I tailor each day to your dog’s individual needs—whether that means extra playtime, a slower pace, more rest, or sticking closely to their usual routine. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for.
