Hello! My name is Tammy Smart and I am a pet sitter. I have taken care of dogs and cats for the longest I can remember. I have a Bichon mix, she's white and loves to play and her name is Chloe. we also have 3 cats who we love, also we used have a Schnauzer named Charlie. He loved to play ball a lot and we miss him dearly. We all live with my husband and we both love all of our furr babies very much. If you are looking for someone to take care of your pet, I am the one to get the job done. About this sitter: I am a nice and sweet person who truly loves animals with a passion, and I care for other pets as they were my own. I take care of my own dog and cats as well, and I used to have some other cats as well which I loved very much. I believe pets are more than just animals, they are part of the family. We have 3 cats that have been with us for years now and we love them very much too. Why I love dog sitting? I have been a dog lover for the longest I can remember and I have taken care of my grandmas dog when she couldn't. I have my own dog now and I love her and take care of her, and she is well loved by my husband too. About my yard We have a yard and its not fenced in, and there is lots of space for your pets to play. My experience administering medication Yes. I am able to administer medication to your pets.

Tammy and her husband were very sweet and took Bubs and for a daycare visit with last-minute notice when our previous sitter had to cancel. Bubs had a good visit and played with two other really sweet dogs that she was sitting. Tammy was flexible and very easy to get along with.
Tammy is the best! Thank you for loving our dogs.

Tammy was excellent caring for Adam and I felt like she cared about me as well in offering me reassurance that he was in good hands. I could tell she loves animals and shared many photos of their time together which was thoughtful, comforting and reassuring. Thank you, Tammy!!
I used Rover to book Tammy for pet care services, and my experience unfortunately fell far short of what was agreed upon. During the booking, she left significantly earlier than the scheduled end time — not just once, but on two separate occasions: about five hours early and 30 minutes later in the day. These early departures were not communicated in advance or approved, which caused stress and uncertainty about my pet’s safety and supervision and triggered my neighbors concerns. There were also personal dynamics involving her husband that made the situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I booked a SINGLE caregiver for a reason, and unexpected involvement from someone outside the booking did not align with my expectations or the service that was represented. I BOOKED HER FOR HOUSESITTING and caring for my pets, AND HE SEEMINGLY THOUGHT THAT HE WAS WELCOME TO CONTINUE TO VISIT MY HOME, although I never complained and they never confirmed his continued presence. He just never stopped joining her. Others may have a different experience, but based on what I personally encountered, I would N O T rebook her in the future! She and her husband both are unprofessional and do not respect boundaries! Book with EXTREME CAUTION!
