Flexible, experienced, dependable!
I am a lifelong animal lover who has not been without at least one pet my entire life. Currently I have 4 dogs of my own, from a senior 5 pound chihuahua to a 60 pound pit bull mix. I am a former doggie foster parent who cared for dogs coming directly from a county animal shelter. I have completed obedience and training classes with multiple of my own dogs over the years. I have been a client of Bowdon Animal Hospital for over 25 years. I have cared for hospice animals, animals with anxiety issues and animals with medical needs. In addition to dogs, I have experience with cats, fish, lizards, chickens, turtles and even goats! My pets are my kids and I will treat yours the same way.

Being retired allows me to spend quality time with your pets, getting to know them and how to best care for them. I am meticulous about ensuring any medication is taken correctly and owners instructions for their pets are followed, just as I would want for my own. Our family enjoys hiking, so I am very familiar with ensuring large and small dogs are safe on a leash.

She treated my dogs like her own. They were happy and healthy on my return. She sent pictures of them and texted updates. I would never leave them with anyone but her from now on!
Tammy did a fantastic job staying with our pets while we were out of town for a few days! She sent updates and pictures all day, every day! Our babies seemed to really like her and it made our trip better knowing they were in such good hands. I hope she’s available next time we need a sitter :) thank you Tammy!

Tammy was wonderful. Showed up on time and sent pics a couple times during the day with updates on our fur babies. I left her a note on the kitchen counter and she was so sweet and left me one on the back of mine! It was exciting to read after a day of being gone. She is kind and follows Rangers routine. Will be rebooking.
Tammy took fantastic care of our two dogs. They were happy and well cared for while we were away, and we loved the photos Tammy sent while she was with them.

Schedule
I am a 52 year old retired social worker. I have a very flexible schedule both weekdays and weekends. My spouse works from home so my own dogs and fish are well taken care of while I care for your babies.
