I have had cats and dogs my entire life and they bring me so much happiness and joy. I am a second grade teacher and my class sponsors a dog continuously at our local shelter. We also invite those dogs to come in 2 to 3 times per school year . All of the animals that i own are rescue animals. I try to promote spaying and neutering animals to my second graders and to others when the opportunity arises. My husband and I and our children Are and have always been responsible pet owners. We are asked frequently to take care of friends and family pets when they are out of town. I am very good with cats and dogs alike and enjoy spending much of my time with them.
