I’m currently retired, so pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m available most days and times unless I’m already booked, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship. Because I have a flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins that match your pet’s normal routine. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away.

Please let me know if they are shy, reactive with other animals, or have special routines. I also like to know what comforts them most—favorite toys, treats, or sleeping spots—so I can make sure they feel secure and well cared for.
A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch includes feeding them on their normal schedule, refreshing water, and spending quality time together so they feel comfortable and safe. We’ll enjoy walks, playtime, and plenty of attention depending on the pet’s personality and energy level. I like to include fun activities like playing with toys, light training reinforcement, or relaxing companionship for older pets. My goal is to keep their routine as close to normal as possible so they stay happy and stress-free while their owners are away.

Caring for animals has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had pets my entire life and understand how much they mean to their families. I’m comfortable caring for cats and dogs and always make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. In my local community, I also help care for feral cats by feeding them and humanely trapping them so they can be neutered. This helps keep the population under control and improves their quality of life. It’s something I care deeply about and it reflects how much I value animal welfare. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company while you’re away, I treat every pet as if they were my own.

Tammy is an absolute gem. She has a heart of gold and obvious love for animals. My animals were so well taken care of and my mind was at ease while away because of her regularly sending me updates and photos throughout the day. She even was up for giving my 12 year old dog his multiple medications, which is no was task. Not to mention, she made his bday special with a balloon, card, and party hat. Tammy is truly a treasure and our new favorite Rover sitter (and we have had lots of good experiences on Rover, but she is the best!) thank you again, Miss Tammy! Love, Ozzie & Mushu
Tammy is one of the most caring animal lovers I know. She has spent years caring for pets and even goes out of her way to help feral cats by feeding them and getting them safely trapped and neutered to help control the population. Animals naturally trust her because she is calm, patient, and genuinely loving toward them. Any pet owner would be lucky to have Tammy looking after their pets because she treats every animal like family and always makes their safety and comfort a priority.
