Dogs have always been a very special part of my life. I have had a dog by my side for as long as I can remember, and being a dog parent has taught me that dogs aren’t just pets—they’re family. After recently losing my own dog, I discovered that what I miss most is the unconditional love and companionship that only a dog can provide. I would love the opportunity to care for your dog and provide the same affection, patience, and attention that I gave my own. Whether your pup enjoys walks, playtime, or quiet cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel right at home. Tammy cared for my dog, Gracie, while I was on vacation for almost two weeks. Gracie was well cared for and received a lot of love and attention from Tammy and her family. They were very good about sticking to the no table food guidelines I set (I know, mean mommy). Tammy sent me text updates daily and included photos. The updates always made me smile and reassured me that Gracie was being well cared for. I’m certain Gracie is hoping that I have to go away again soon so that she can go back to Tammy and her family!
Tammy has watched my dog many times. She is attentive, followed my instructions, and loved on my dog Penny like she was her own. We only let Tammy watch her.

I have a flexible schedule and enjoy spending time at home, which allows me to give dogs the attention they deserve. Whether they need exercise, playtime, cuddles, or just someone to keep them company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care.

I’ll follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special instructions you provide. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and different needs. Some dogs love to play and explore, while others prefer cuddling on the couch and enjoying a quiet environment. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, happy, and well cared for while giving you peace of mind that they’re receiving the same love and attention I gave my own dog.
