I work from home and I’m with the dogs in the same room most of the day and give them access to the backyard as they please. On hot days, I take them in the fenced front yard under the tree. During my workday, I am able to play with the dogs give them attention and give them treats if that’s okay. We play in the backyard, the front yard or in the house if it’s raining.

Why use Rover? Rover Guarantee is insurance that will cover your dog if it is hurt, injured, or become sick while in the care of a Rover Sitter. Please see Rover Guarantee on their website or in the app. Rover also does background checks on it sitters and verifies their identity. Why use Tammy H? She has credit cards that she’s able to use for your dog’s Medical care until Rover Guarantee reimbursement and her identity has been verified. My front yard and backyard are fully fenced independently. I we have baby gates throughout the house for the dogs safety. I have lots of toys, beds and treats. If your dog is crate trained, please bring the crate. If your dog is not crate trained, they can stay in the office/dog room on the bed or the floor in small beds.

Please bring your dog’s crate, dog food with feeding instructions and a bowl. Please make sure you have enough dog food for the whole stay and a little extra just in case. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs. Please Do Not bring your dogs own toys or blankets/beds unless they are for their crate. Sometimes dogs can be possessive over their own toys. My dogs are not possessive over their toys because they’re used to sharing them with each other and other dogs. I usually send a reminder message of what to bring and not to bring for your dog’s stay, the day before or earlier that day. We look forward to hosting your fur babies in the nearfuture.
A typical day
During the summer, I take my dogs to dog parks, lakes, and rivers. If you’re interested in having us take the dogs out on adventures please let me know... We have lots of toys and a large yard for the dogs to run and play in. I do not walk dogs because I have a big backyard and a big front yard. If you want me to walk your dog, that would be an extra fee.

Pet care experience
I have four dogs ranging from 8 pounds to 65 pounds and we love having other dogs visit our home to play with while you’re at work or on vacation! I travel with my four dogs when I go on vacation or go into the office, so I know how hard it can be to travel with pets sometimes. It’s not always easy so I figured I would start doing this to help other pet owners. I want to make it more financially feasible for dog owners who find themselves with more than one dog for whatever reason. My whole life I’ve always had pets and loved animals and I really enjoy having dogs around.

We couldn’t have been happier with the care our dogs received from Tammy while we were away for two weeks. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were being cared for in a loving home instead of just being watched. Tammy sent us pictures every couple of days, which reassured us that they were happy and doing well. We loved seeing them socializing with other dogs, playing, and even cuddling on the couch like part of the family. It was obvious they were receiving plenty of love, attention, and exercise. When we picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and well-adjusted—a true sign they had been exceptionally well cared for. Tammy truly treated them as if they were her own, and we are so grateful for the wonderful care she provided. We would absolutely trust Tammy with our dogs again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive dog sitter.
Tammy is wonderful, my 7 year old dog loves going there, and visiting her friends ( Tammy, and her 4 dogs). I feel very comfortable leaving my dog, I know she receives loving care.
Thanks for taking care of our dog! He had fun with a lot of space to run around and interact with the other doggies.
