A home away from home
I have been a dog and horse owner for many years. I have two dogs of my own and horses. I will commit my time to tending to your furry loved one while you are away. I rise early and am always ready to exercise those dogs that love to run. While you are away I will assure you your beloved pet is safe and secure and happy. My home is in the country on 5 acres and there is lots of space to run around. Let’s meet soon and see if I am the perfect sitter for your fur babies. Morning, afternoons, evenings, I am available.

Tammy was great. Our older dog Lola loved her. I could tell she was a great match for Lola before we left, which put me at ease. We would definitely have her watch Lola again.

Everything started out fine, but it ended like a nightmare. Tammy's dog got in a fight with one of my dogs. Prior to the fight, Tammy told me that Sadie never played with other dogs, so she was surprised she was playing with my dogs. She even sent a video of them all playing. Then, one night, I got a call that I needed to come get my dog. She said that my dog was fine, but her dog was injured. She said that Sadie got after my dog for playing with the puppies and that Sadie is always protective of the puppies. I already spent a pretty penny booking two dogs with her and then I had to buy a last-minute plane ticket. When I got my dog home, he was not fine. His face has a deep scratch, and he has two puncture wounds. There is blood on his bed, and my other dog has a puncture wound on her neck. They slept for 15 hours before I made them get up. They are obviously traumatized. I was charged for 4 nights and a cancellation fee even though they were there for 3 nights, and she is the one who canceled the stay. I'm out hundreds of dollars and I missed a couple of days with family who I hadn't seen in a few years. Please don't take your dog(s) here unless they are totally submissive. Tammy's dogs are alpha dogs that will start stuff with your dogs. I don't think her dogs enjoy other dogs at their house. Tammy takes on more dogs than she can handle and will call you from your vacation and tell you to come get your dog(s). And, just to clarify, my dog has been around a ton of dogs at a number of kennels over the last 7 years, and he has never started a fight!
Tammy was very good with our dogs. It was really important to us that we had somebody at home with them and that they were able to be a part of the family indoors, including sleeping, like they are with us. Tammy was very good at sending pictures and updates as well.

A typical day
I like to play fetch out in the pasture and take the dogs for walks. During the summertime I usually let dogs run through a sprinkler if they want or play in a kiddie pool.
