With a lifelong experience of being a dog owner and my previous involvement in rescuing animals, I bring a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors. From playtime to feeding, I will treat your pets as if they were my own, ensuring they receive the utmost care and affection. Throughout my life, I have had the privilege of sharing my home with a variety of dog breeds, including boxers, pitbulls, labs, Jack Russell terriers, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, mutts, and German Shepherds. I am comfortable and enthusiastic about caring for any breed, and I adore cats as well. If you have a cat, I'm thrilled to provide them with extra animal love! As a single individual with grown children, I have a flexible schedule, allowing me to be available at any time to care for your beloved pets. Furthermore, I want to assure you that your furbabies are in safe hands, as I am pet CPR and first aid trained. Safety, trust & environment
I take great care to ensure the safety of your pet. I go outside with them even if they're in a fenced yard and when leaving the house I try to go through garage so there is no chance for running out if they're not crated.

Probably the worst person I could ever think you would trust to watch you fur babies. We booked her for a few days while we were out of state. She showed up the first two times the day we left. Although the visits were quick (we paid for hour visits to make sure she had ample time paid to let out our two large boxers and she spent 15 to 20 minutes here). At least she came to let them out. The next day she was MIA. She did not show up in the morning or afternoon even though we reached out several times by call and text through the app. We thought at this point surely something bad had to have happened. We called the police for a wellness check to make sure she was OK and had the neighbors let our dogs out instead. When the cops got there she told them she "forgot". She then sent us a message at the same time telling us she was so sorry she had a diabetic cat she was taking care of that had a hard night and she accidentally fell asleep when she got home early in the morning and would be right over. We asked her just to drop the key since we did not trust she would cover the next two days after this. She DID NOT RETURN OUR KEY and stopped responding. We had to have the locks changed. We returned the same day from 6 hours away to take care of our dogs and make sure nothing sketchy happened. Trip, hotel costs and locksmith charges later we still have not gotten a response from her again. She lives 3 miles from us. BEWARE!!
Tammy connected with MJ almost immediately. Tammy assured me she would keep a close eye on MJ since she is days away from giving birth. Tammy ended up having issues with her ill mother so her attendance at looking after MJ declined to the point that I needed to call an elderly neighbor to step in and feed MJ. She was a no show the last two days of her contract nor did she communicate with me what her situation was. I would probably hire her again if my kitten was not so close to having kittens for the first time.
Tammy was great with our two dogs. It gave yes a piece of mind while we were out of town. I will use Tammy again. Thank you.
Tammy has started letting our dogs out in the middle of the day to give them a potty break and a little playtime in the yard. She has been amazing with our dogs, they are very timid and fearful at first but Tammy has the patience they needed to learn to trust her. Im so thankful we found Tammy!!

Schedule
If booked for overnight stays and your pet is used to someone being there daily that's exactly what I do. If I have to leave it's usually not for very long and I'm right back.
