Currently working part-time as a professional Dog Walker, my life is dedicated to the safety and overall health and happiness of the dogs. Having rescued reptiles, mammals and amphibians as a teenager and taking care of our family pets over a span of 16 years, animal care has truly become a passion of mine. I can’t imagine a world without animals and I firmly believe they deserve our care and respect. With experience at both the Guelph and Brampton Humane Societies and having successfully trained both our family cat and dog, I know that your pets will be loved and well-cared for in my hands. Raising pets is as important to me as raising children. I would love the opportunity to bring the best out of your beloved pets! Whether a dog, cat, lizard or fish, I am happy to provide a service and comfortable experience for your pet(s).

Safety, trust & environment
I’m attentive with my furry clients and make sure their particular needs are met by asking their humans the right background questions. Ensuring water/food bowls are cleaned daily and notifying my client’s human if I notice anything out of the ordinary. Communication is non-negotiable. I understand that your pet is your baby and safety is always first! Leads, collars and harnesses are always triple checked before we leave the house.

Tammy is an incredibly caring, resilient and loving individual. She combines an appreciation for physical fitness with a tremendous love for living creatures. She represents the best qualities of a dog caregiver because she has a small dog at home whom she adores, frequently spends time in nature to stay grounded, and is always looking to improve herself through physical activities like yoga. I wouldn't trust my furry friends with anyone else!

Schedule
I am currently work at a boutique usually midday but I’m happy to make time for your pets on my days off or before/after work.

- I have no personal preference as to the size or breed of your dog. A quick heads up about your dogs temperament, typical habits, or any special needs your dog may have will be helpful for me to provide the best care possible.
