Dogs will feel at home in my home
I love dogs! I have since I was young. We have had a lot of different dogs in our family of different sizes and personalities. During my time of owning my last dog I was always very careful about where I left him when I traveled so, I understand how difficult it can be to leave a dog with a stranger. My dog also dealt with a lot of heath issues as he got older so I am comfortable giving medication to dogs. Since my 14 year old dog passed away, I decided to open my house up to watch other people's dogs and I have been having the best time! I hope to alleviate your stress of wondering how your dog is doing by sending updates and photos as often as you like. I have a very large fenced in yard for dogs to go outside and to run around off leash. I will abide by your rules, if your dog is kenneled I will kennel him/her. If s/he is not allowed to be on the furniture, it will be 4 paws on the floor! I will not give any extra food if that's how you run your house. I know how hard it can be to "untrain" a dog! There are 2 veterinary office within 1 mile of my house if any emergencies arise. I can take more than one dog at a time but if your dog does not get along with other dogs I am able to just take one at a time as well. I am sure will enjoy having your dog in my house as much as they will enjoy being with me. I am currently working part time so I am home a lot! I work out of the house Tuesday - Thursday from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. When I am out of the house, I can kennel visiting dogs, keep them gated off in a bedroom or let them roam the house. I have video cameras in the house to check on my dog guests if I am not home. I have a fenced in yard that dogs LOVE to play in and explore. On the back of my yard there is a privacy fence on 2 sides of my yard and a chain linked fence on the other. If your dog is a fence jumper, my house would not be the right stay for them. This was our super-senior dog's 2nd stay with Tammi and she was just as wonderful as the first. She again went above and beyond making sure he settled in, had plenty of comfy spots to rest, and that he got plenty of supervised outside time. We highly recommend Tammi as a caring and attentive host!

Schedule
I work part-time out of the house on Tuesday-Friday from 1:00-7:00, I have video cameras to keep an eye on dogs while I'm out of the house.

My house is very dog friendly, I have a fenced in yard for them to go outside and play. I allow dogs in my bed and on the furniture.
A typical day
I have a lot of dog toys and tennis balls for play time. I have a couple of interactive toys that I have made to help stimulate dogs minds to keep them from being bored.
