Five years of in-home boarding in Santa Fe with 120+ reviews and 53 repeat clients who keep coming back. I work from home on my computer, so your dog is supervised throughout the day, with outside breaks every 2 hours in a secure fenced yard. I have three friendly resident dogs who love a calm playmate. There are plenty of dog beds throughout the house, treats and cookies as needed, and your pup gets treated like family. A few things to know up front: I take adult dogs only (over 1 year old), no puppies. Due to past experiences, I'm not able to host German Shepherds or Pit Bull breeds. No females in heat. Unspayed females and neutered males welcome.

My dog was very well received and treated while staying with Tami and her other charges for the day. It is clear that she is a real pro at this business. Her accommodations are wonderful. Don't hesitate to contact her if you need a loving and knowledgeable caregiver.
Tami was able to watch our Goldendoodle, Mesa, on last minute notice over a holiday weekend. Her place is dog friendly, with multiple outdoor areas. We felt confident Mesa was safe and attended to with Tami's knowledge of dogs. Her communication with us was top notch, sending pictures of Mesa daily.
Tami took such good care of our little senior dog who needs lots of extra attention. She's a lovely person with great dog instincts! Henry loved hanging with her and her own puppy crew!
This was Beignets first stay and Tami made both myself and Beignet feel very comfortable. Communication during this stay was on point and very reassuring that he was doing well and was very well taken care of.
Tami is a great sitter Maggie spent multiple days in October at daycare and an overnight. She loves going to Tami’s!!

Schedule
I work from home on my computer, so I'm always here with the dogs. My desk is in the living room, which means I can keep an eye on the pack throughout the day while I work. The two fit together naturally — quiet, focused work that lets me stay present with your pup without ever needing to leave the house. Outside breaks happen every 2 hours, with plenty of supervised yard time in between.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is set up specifically for safe, supervised dog boarding. The yard is fully fenced and I'm outside with the dogs every time they go out — no unsupervised yard time. The front of the house has an enclosed sunroom with its own exterior door, and a second interior door into the main house — so there's a secure two-door entry for drop-offs and pick-ups with no risk of a dog slipping past.

A typical day
Dogs spend the day exploring our fully fenced yard, playing with my three resident dogs, and lounging on the many dog beds throughout the house. There are toys to play with, treats and cookies as needed, and plenty of petting and attention. Outside breaks happen every 2 hours with full supervision. For safety, I keep all activity on-property rather than going out on leashed walks — your dog stays secure inside our fenced environment for the entire stay. It's the right call for the breeds and personalities I host, and it's how I've kept every dog safe across hundreds of stays.
