I have a deep passion for understanding and connecting with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I have experience both sitting puppies and caring for senior dogs, and I’m dedicated to providing tailored care that meets each dog’s specific needs. With puppies and rescue dogs, I focus on creating a consistent routine and gentle training, helping them learn basic commands, and encouraging good behavior in a positive, patient way. For more senior dogs, I’m attentive to their unique health needs, whether it's administering medication, monitoring mobility, or providing extra comfort and support. I take the time to ensure dogs feel safe, loved, and stimulated—whether through play, walks, or quiet bonding time. My commitment to both physical care and emotional well-being ensures that each dog I care for is treated like a member of my own family. If I could, I would adopt all of the dogs and play with them all day long :)

Tamara was amazing. My normally shy Heidi bonded immediately with Tamara. I appreciated all the photo's that were sent. It showed me Heidi was very well cared for and happy. I would definitley book Tamara again. And would highly recommend.
Tamara is a rockstar, I would give her 6 stars if I could!! This was our first time using Rover, so we weren't really sure what to expect, but since our first interaction with Tamara, we have felt so comfortable and reassured throughout the process. She provided thoughtful updates with plenty of photos, which we really appreciated as first time Rover users! Our cats can be a bit nervous with new people, but they warmed right up to Tamara. I can't recommend her enough, and we are looking forward to booking with Tamara for more trips in the future :)

Tamara did a great job taking care of our cat while my wife and I were traveling. She kept up with all scheduled check ins, completed all required tasks, and gave us detailed summaries of each visit. She even went the extra mile to clean up broken glass from a poster that we had framed and fell on the floor (probably due to the window shaking during a storm) to ensure that our cat was unharmed. In the end, we were very happy with how Tamara took care of our cat when we were away. It’s always hard to travel and leave our pets at home, but having someone that you know is taking care of them makes all the difference.

I’m currently working light hours at my remote job and have the flexibility and time needed to care for your pup. I have no kids and an abundance of free time. Whether I’m providing a midday walk for an energetic dog or a quiet cuddle or play session for a senior, these tasks offer a satisfying break from my regular work/home obligations and give me the chance to be active and outdoors. The variety in each dog’s needs—from a quick walk to a longer play session—means I can adjust my schedule throughout the day to ensure each dog gets the care they require, without disruption.

While I live in a Downtown Cleveland apartment, my 8-year rescue old pup Lena has adapted and thrived in apartment and urban environments. I am extremely well-versed in anticipating and understanding the way dogs react to strangers, other pups, and other factors like cars, buses, and bikers. Additionally, whether I am pet sitting or dropping in for playtime, I will remain punctual, polite, and respectful of your home, just as I would expect others to do for me.

I love to play with and walk the pets I’m with, or just chill with them if that’s their preference. My own pup loves to take long walks and play outside, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy and outdoorsy dogs.
