I would not be able to have your pet in my home as I live in an apartment. I would take them for walks, let them out to go potty and stretch their legs. <ake sure they are fed and have fresh water. and the best part i'll sit with them and give love and make them feel comfortable with me in your absence . And of course clean up after them, I have 7 yrs experience of caring for a special needs dog.

My last dog was handicapped so she needed help expressing her bladder. I am used to cleaning up after her as she sometimes couldnt hold it. You definitely need patience when taking care of a special needs dog. They need as much love as you can give them!!
A typical day
Taking walks, letting them smell everything. play ball or whatever they like to fetch and bring back. I like to sit on the floor with them, playing some calm music and doing some relaxation breathing. My dogs have loved this and pretty sure they meditated with me!! I also love to sing to them!

Pet care experience
I've had dogs for as long as I can remember. My last fur baby was a Puggle that was handicapped. She lost the use of her hind legs at age 6. She needed help going potty, I got her a wheelchair so we could still go on walks which she absolutely loved and was important to keep her as healthy as possible! She needed more care then my other dogs, she really trained me to help other dogs that need alittle more care. I have had Dachshunds, Cocker Spaniels, Boston Terriers and Puggle. I love any breed of fur babies, they all want love and belly scratches!! My schedule is pretty open and am willing to work with you to get the best help for your dog.

Tamara takes great care of my dog during her visits. She is very dependable and good with communication and updates during the visits also.
I have known Tammy for about 25 years and she is an upstanding good person. She has been involved with our rescue in Fremont and has hosted MANY events to help us raise money. She is definitely a good dog mom. She just recently lost her fur baby, and Daisy was cripped for several years. Tammy took great care of her and didn't give up on her. Daisy lived a very happy life with her mom! I would HIGHLY recommend her for your organization and would trust her completely with my own fur babies! She is very dedicated and loves all animals.
