I work from home and that can also include your house if your furry friend needs my attention for multiple days on end. I schedule most of my day myself so am quite open to drop by your house to let your dog out, go for walks or for feeding times. I’m happy to discuss further.

Information Tamara S. would like to know about your pet
I like to tailor my animal care down to the individual pet and owner. I need to know about behaviors, anxieties and mannerisms of your dog. Understanding your usual walking routes, likes and dislikes helps me ensure your dog is safe and well looked after in my care. Ideally I’d like for us to meet at least once before I accept your request to make sure we are both comfortable with each other and your dog accepts, trusts and likes me.
A typical day
Depending on how much time you want me to and I can spend with your pooch you can expect nice walks through nature, the beach or even just your neighbourhood. Every dog has different needs so I don’t like to brush them all over one comb. Senior dogs might only manage a 10/15 minute walk and some pets after and that’s okay too.

I have owned dogs throughout my teenage and adult years. I am now too busy with work to be owning one but sorely miss the furry company. I am experienced with dogs of all ages having owned dogs from puppy stage till end of life. I understand the nuances needed in the handling and also have owned dogs that needed to stick to strict medication plans. I’m happy to discuss this further in person and am open minded to your dog’s individual needs. I am mobile and love taking dogs to the beach. Cat owners: Unfortunately I am unable to provide the same in-depth level of care for your furry friends as I have developed an allergy in my adult years. I am available for feedings and short time care only in emergencies. Please contact me only if this is the case.

Looked after Maggie really well, Tamara asked loads of great questions about Maggie and was really thorough with her care. She updated me with news of their walk and with photos. Maggie was very happy indeed! I will definitely book Tamara again.
We love Tamara and our Chow Chow Marcus loves her too!! Such a great and experienced sitter who is wonderful with animals. Tamara is also great at managing the house, we have a complex pool filtration system and a fish tank that needs regular attention. Tam was great at following the directions and managed to fix a minor electrical fault. We've used her 3 times now and will book her again for our upcoming holiday. Recommend recommend recommend.
A*** Tam is easily the best sitter we've booked through Rover. She took our German Shepherd to the vet for his poorly stomach whilst we were in Spain. Lovely lass!!
Tamara is the perfect dog sitter! She was delightful with out labradoodle Muffin and we book her every time now. Such a lovely girl and she is also reliable and organised. We recommend her to all our friends.
