WFH Engineer and Cat Mom
When I travel, nothing gives me more anxiety than having to leave my fur babies! I have decided to offer my services on Rover to help give others peace of mind that their pets are receiving quality care and are in trustworthy hands. Throughout my entire life, I have never been without pets. Growing up, we always had Lab's and Weimaraner's. Rescuing Weimaraner's has taught me how to interact with dogs that have behavioral issues. I have been a part of raising and caring for multiple dogs from puppy years until the age of 16. Currently, I have (2) 7 year old domestic short hair cats that I adopted as kittens. I know how to pill a cat, administer liquid medicine, and am aware of litter box habits to look out for. In addition to personal pets, I have regularly pet sat for neighbors and friends since high school.

Tamara did a wonderful job dropping in to check on our cat. She went above and beyond and even watered our plants/vegetables. Highly recommend!
So happy to have found Tamara - she gave us peace of mind when it came to leaving our cats for the first time shortly after we had been dealing with some health issues for one of them. She was flexible and understanding through the somewhat evolving situation we had playing out prior to the trip that would impact just what kind of care they would need. She took great care of them and had the perfect level of communication throughout!
Tamara was great! She took super good care of our furry friends, gave lots of updates, and went above and beyond on her service. She cleaned up some puke and cleaned the carpet it seems, and she also took in packages for us. Would book again

Tamara is outstanding! She is very thorough, dependable, and communicative. She also has a deep knowledge about dogs. I feel so fortunate to have found her and I will ask her to take care of my dog and cat again in the future.

Schedule
I work from home which lends flexibility to my weekday care schedule. While I prefer if visits were completed before 9AM, during the noon lunch hour, or after 5PM, I can accommodate other requests as long as I don't have a meeting that requires me to be at my computer. I have no time constraints on the weekends.
