I understand their need for routine, exercise, and companionship. I currently share my home with two small dogs who are gentle, well socialized, and love other pets. Alongside my lifelong love of dogs, I also specialize in caring for cats, including those with special needs. I have three cats who are physically disabled, so I’m experienced with preparing special diets, giving medication, and creating a safe and stress free environment. My time working part-time at a veterinary clinic gave me even more hands on experience supporting pets with a wide range of needs. For all new clients, I schedule a quick meet-and-greet before accepting a booking. It helps us make sure I’m the right fit for your home, your routine, and your pet’s needs.

Went way above and beyond our requests and never made me doubt that my animals would be taken care of. also very reassuring with leaving pictures and detailed descriptions of the visits.
Tamara became their second mama. She loved on them, spent time, sent a gazillion pictures, knew how to space out food so they didn't get sick, and catered to some odd peculiarities, like laundry basket rides for Max. I think they missed her when we came home!

My availability is flexible, as I am retired. After every visit, I’ll provide updates regarding feeding, walks or playtime, and medication if needed so you’ll always know your pets are safe, happy, and cared for.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. In your home, I follow your routines closely so your dog or cat feels secure and stress-free. I take time to learn their habits, preferences, and any special instructions you provide. For dogs, that means regular walks, playtime, and keeping them on their normal feeding and potty schedule. For cats, it may mean quiet companionship, play sessions, or specialized care if they have unique needs. I’m also experienced with administering medications and preparing special diets when needed. After each visit, I provide updates and photos so you always know your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for.
Pets
A typical day
While owners are away, pets can sometimes feel lonely or bored. I make sure dogs get exercise through walks, playtime, and fresh air. For cats, I provide interactive play or calm companionship depending on their personality. I like to rotate or introduce toys to keep pets engaged and stimulated. Most importantly, I always take time to sit with your pet, offer comfort, and give them the love and attention they need until you return home.
