I bring hands on experience caring for cats through pet sitting for family and friends whenever they travel. As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone who will treat your cat with attention to their individual quirks and needs. I currently share my home with two loving cats, Shiro and Howl, and I will care for your cat as if they were my own. My background in biology has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior, health, and attention to detail. I also worked in a laboratory environment, where cleanliness, organization, and maintaining safe, sanitary spaces were essential every day. These skills help me provide a comfortable and hygienic boarding environment. For the safety and comfort of all pets, boarded cats will have their own dedicated space separate from my personal cats unless otherwise discussed. I am able to communicate in both English and Japanese, allowing me to provide clear updates for Japanese-speaking pet parents. I also provide daily photo updates so you can stay connected with your cat while you're away. My goal is to give you peace of mind and ensure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay.

Tamako was a godsend! She's so attentive and takes such good care of Mugi and Melon! She's definitely a go to every time I go on a trip. She is incredibly reliable and I wouldn't trust anyone else to watch my kitties the way I trust her! I can't recommend her enough!

Schedule
I am currently very flexible with my schedule as I work from home. I have ample time to give the care and attention your kitty needs! Being home all day allows me to fully integrate pet care into my routine. There will be daily updates with photos!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a designated cat room that is curated for your fur baby. A controlled, cat-friendly haven for them to explore, play, and rest. There will be multiple cat trees, beds, scratch posts, hiding places, and lots of toys to stimulate your cat. There is a designated litter box in the room and I have extra food bowls and water bowls if needed. A water fountain will also be available for your cat if they desire to drink from there as well. I also love brushing cats so if you would like, I can provide that free of charge of course!

A typical day
A typical day includes regular feeding based on your cat’s schedule, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and plenty of quiet companionship. I spend time interacting gently with each cat based on their personality. I'd love to brush your cat if they like it! I also provide cozy spaces for naps and make sure they feel safe and stress free throughout the day. I love to offer plenty of snuggle and cuddle time for cats who enjoy affection. I’ll send regular photo and message updates so you can see how your cat is doing while you’re away. I’m always happy to communicate, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

- I am accepting drop offs only at the moment. Please bring your cat in a cat carrier/ bag to provided address and pick up at the end of their stay. Please let me know about your cat's personality, feeding schedule, medical needs, medications, allergies, favorite toys, behaviors, and any special routines so I can provide the safest and most comfortable stay possible. I understand every cat is so unique, so if you like to share their quirks like where they like to be pet, how they like to play, or what their love language is please do fill me in! I also love getting to know them organically too!
