I currently from home for 3 hours a week, so I will have plenty of time to care for your dog. My husband also works full time from home so he will assist me in looking after your dog.

I will care for your dog based on your instructions in addition to caring for your dog as if he/she were my own dog. We have a small unfenced yard so your dog will be on a leash at all times when the dog is outside, such as for potty breaks and walks. I will make sure that they are taken outside at the requested intervals, feeding them based on their normal schedules and giving any medication on time if needed.

Please let us know if your dog has separation anxiety and how much time the dog is able to reasonably spend alone. Please let us know if your dog is reactive to other dogs on walks. Let us know if the dog is fully potty trained or not. Let us know if your dog needs daily medication.

We are a low energy couple so if the weather is nice out and you permit it, we can take your dog on a walk for 30-60 minute walks. Otherwise the dog will be relaxing in our home. We are not experienced with high energy dogs.

The fact that my husband and I work from home means that your dog will have supervision almost 24/7. Our home is specialized for small dogs, we have doggies stairs leading up to the bed and the couch. We have experience with caring for senior dogs that are 12+ years old so I am familiar with administering oral medication with a syringe or pills and tablets. This experience is from caring for our own senior dogs, Muffin and Yoshi, who have both passed away.

Tam and her partner were exactly who you'd want to leave your fur baby with, and in my case, totally saved the day with a last minute booking. They were friendly, extremely responsive and from the pictures, my picky chihuahua had a great time. Would def book again!
I cannot compliment Tam & Alexander enough for the care they gave our dog. They were very kind and definitely went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and confident in their care. I give Tam & Alexander THE highest rating possible. They are very competent and trustworthy. We will without a doubt use them again.
I’m so happy I picked Tam and Alexander to watch our dog while we were out of town! The communication was great and I received so many pictures and updates. I would 100% recommend them and we will for sure use them again when we travel ☺️
