I am currently on summer break from graduate school, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. During the school year (approx august - may), I will be taking classes at the UofA, but will still be available for a more limited pet care schedule.

I can provide feeding, cleaning, and play for your pets in the comfort of your own home, especially for pets that need specific handling that might not be served in a boarding situation (for instance, cats and dogs with travel anxiety, pets in permanent enclosures like fish tanks, etc.). I am also an avid plant collector, and can provide watering for any house plants that might need them.

I've owned and cared for cats for most of my life; we had 3 family cats while I was growing up, and I've pet sat both for friends and professionally.

Talon did an excellent job looking after Cheeto for us. I would highly recommend Talon to anyone needing a cat sitter and will definitely use Talon the next time I need someone to stay with Cheeto.
Talon is great. She really helped out when I was in a bind with getting over to our dog Nala quickly and making sure she was fed and taken out. She was calm and dealt with Nala being wary of her. I will definitely be booking her again.
Personable and reliable
our dogs were happy to see us when we got home but I know they weren’t lonely I got lots of up dates with photos and text messages on how and what they were doing. Sometimes one of our dogs can get anxiety when we leave and acts out and there was no sign of that at all and that tells me he got loves of love. My days we were going to return was spotty and I thought I might be home a day later talon had no problem staying if we needed. We got home at around 2am I said it was ok for talon to leave before we got home after they were feed and given a bathroom break at around 8 pm. It was so thoughtful of talon to put treats in their treat toy before she left I forgot to ask her to do this and she did anyways. We will for sure ask her to come watch our babies again
