I work exclusively from home as a multidisciplinary artist. My animal work is done at the barn is very flexible and would never interfere with my not being in the home while caring for your dog. Abu and I are very active and like to get out at least twice a day for long walks. My husband jogs with him in the evenings.

I have a fenced yard and a two year old lovable Pitbull terrier who is really great with other dogs and has been socialized with interacting with children a variety of different animals including a pot bellied pig named Mitzi. He's a perfect gentleman especially with small dogs, puppies,elderly women and kids. He's a bit of a shy guy at times but, loves interactive play with bigger dogs that have a similar play style to his.

I like to be informed of dogs that struggle with anxiety and or possible aggression, behaviorial or temperament issues. As I'm studying animal communication I'd like to attempt during the meet and greet to use a couple of techniques I've learned in helping animals feel better able to trust and feel calm, confident and safe in mine and my dogs presence.
Ein typischer Tag
You can expect lots of interactive play from boarding with me. Sniff expeditions in the woods, fun walkies, cuddling and hide and seek. I also use lots of music when communicating with animals from classical to funk and the animals love it and are extremely reactive to it. They sometimes even dance! I often play my acoustic guitar and serenade my dog and the other animals I work with!

Welcome to l'hôtel pour chien! Equine assisted learning practitioner, animal communicator; certified in pet first aide/ cpr I have many years of experience with a variety of animals and I have a deep affection for dogs. I believe animals are our most valued teachers and should be held with the utmost regard and treated with both dignity and respect! I had the privilege of caring for many dogs, cows, sheep, and a horse on one the properties I lived at during my 7 years of residing in rural Ireland. I recently became a certified equine assisted learning practitioner, I will be furthering my equine studies specializing in horse communication and holistic equine bodywork. My primary proffesional animal experience is the work I assist in with goats and horses. It would be my absolute honor and privilege to care for your doggie in my home. My husband and our baby boy Abu who is the most affectionate, lovable and intuitive 5 year old pitbull terrier mix would be thrilled to host your dog! PS we have a new addition to our family! We adopted Our fur baby Hazelnut from Detroit dog rescue in January. She's a fun loving high energy and very social two year old pitbull rescue that adores her big brother Abu and has become fast friends with our extended puppy pals!!!

Taj & family have been absolutely invaluable to us over the last few years! So much so that we asked Taj to look after Anya over our wedding weekend, knowing we would be coming home to a happy healthy pup. We are so so grateful for her love and care for our girl!

Anya loved spending Christmas with Taj, Luis, and Abu!! Knowing that we can travel and come home to a happy pup has been an absolute blessing over the last year. Can’t recommend Taj enough.
