We were really disappointed by our experience with Taffy. She watched our 3 dogs for about 12 days. The good: Our dogs seemed very happy and healthy when we picked them up. She kept them safe, well fed and gave our old dog his medicine each day. The bad: At some point our dogs started urinating and pooping in her house. She never reached out to us and instead asked for an additional $100 at the very end when we picked them up. Our dogs are totally housebroken but I believe her that this happened. But saying nothing during the whole trip and them asking for money at the end isn't okay. It wasn’t part of our agreement and communication should always be the first recourse. A few days in we asked for an update and she said everything was good and sent a happy picture of the dogs. We would expect to hear if things changed. Especially since our oldest dog is 17 years old. She also kenneled our dogs without talking to us. None of our dogs have ever been kenneled (not that we are against kennels) and our understanding was she would be home throughout the day. Taffy clearly loves dogs and took good care of ours but was very unprofessional.

Taffy is absolutely amazing. Your baby will be in such loving and knowledgeable care. You can totally feel safe leaving your baby here. I’m so thankful for Taffy and we love Lily too!!

Dropped off dog in one piece. Received dog back in one piece. Also received daily assurances that our boy was well and pics/videos to prove it! I'd check even myself in with Taffy for a week!

Taffy seemed for caring and knowledge while taking care of my dog Baby. She sent pictures throughout the day setting my mind at ease and knowing she was in good hands
