Hi, my name is Taeya, I am a student of ecology and wildlife conservation at the University of Reading. I have always loved and cared for animals, whether they are pets or wild ones. Having family pets has meant I have developed a great attention for what our furry friends need for a happy and healthy life. I have lived in the countryside most of my life, and I love spending time outdoors, on walks and explorations. Previous jobs, such as dog/cat/house sitting, early years education, and caring for older adults, have enabled me to develop excellent communication skills and an ease in dealing with messes and cleaning. I can be adaptable to all family needs, being a fast learner, I can quickly pick up skills or practices. Working with animals is always a joy, understanding the wonderful and different characters of all pets. I can provide private work references on request.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a good size fenced garden in the countryside, with 2 small and friendly dogs that are good company. Walks in the area can span from 30 minutes to 4 hours and more. There is also a dog walking park near where I live so that’s a great place to go if dogs need some time off the lead but also in a safe environment.

Schedule
I am a final year university student living at home with my family. I commute to and from Reading a few days a week in term time and study remotely otherwise. My schedule is very flexible and ever-changing.
