Tacey was wonderful from start to finish. At our meet-and-greet she was personable, attentive, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood every detail of the kittens’ routine. She has such an easy, calming presence, and was genuinely great to talk to. Throughout the stay she checked in every morning with photos and videos, and was consistently responsive and thorough. She stayed on top of the litter boxes, emptying the Litter-Robot waste bins before I even had a chance to remind her, and she kept the kittens entertained with playtime and treat puzzles. And truly, the icing on the cake: she washed her sheets and even folded my laundry. I couldn’t ask for better care. I would absolutely book with her again.

Tacey was a joy to work with. As a housesitter, she took excellent care of my home and my dogs. She communicated with me on a regular basis during my trip. The dogs loved her, and it was very comforting to know that they were in such good hands.

Tacey was excellent! Our dog, Izzy, was in very good hands. She walked Izzy, spent time with her, and even folded some clothes I left in the dryer. We will use Tacey again!

WOW, Tacey made my vacation stress free. I have been worrying for several years about who I could find to help me watch my older cats when we retire. I finally looked on Rover.com and after I carefully read several biographies, I selected Tacey. I couldn't have picked anyone better. She did a great job from beginning to end.
